The project was estimated to take 10?14 days, but dragged on for over 4 weeks due to repeated delays, limited communication, and multiple no-shows. Even after completion, they had to return for repairs, and we are still finding errors?cracks in the tile grout and other signs of poor workmanship. One of the most shocking issues was that they washed their paint brushes in our brand-new $1,500 freestanding tub, damaging the plumbing and causing drainage problems. This careless act may even have long-term effects on our septic system. Overall, the quality of work was subpar, the professionalism lacking, and the entire process stressful. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company for a remodel"

They had beautiful countertops and other fixtures to choose from. I’ve never seen a collection of backsplashes like they had. We were immediately HOOKED. We made our selections and signed the contract! Gina was our designer, and she was wonderful! She is so creative and easy to deal with. She answered any questions that we had very quickly. Alex was the project manager who was involved in the day-to-day operations. Every Monday morning (early), we would have an email from him of the entire schedule for the week, so we knew exactly what to expect. We really liked that! The workers were top-notch! The finished project was perfection, we absolutely LOVE IT. If you’re looking for a kitchen remodel, give them a call! You’ll be glad you did!"
