Due to no update, email is sent in July 2025 requesting the Arbitration Steps that are referred to in Item 9 of the contract. No information is provided, just another promise to replace the sod. Same story for Aug 2025, Sep 2025 and here we are in Oct 2025. No arbitration information, no sod, not a single care in the world. Terrible way to run a business. "
