He identified some of the issues with the lawn, which we were previously aware of, and discussed how he and his crew would pre-treat the lawn prior to installing the new lawn and steps he would follow to upgrade the current layout of the ground, prior to the installation of the new sod. The discussion we had with Luis was comforting based on his lawn care knowledge, maintenance, treatment after installation, and warranty. He also identified a lawn care specialist who would assist in maintaining the lawn after its installation due to the ineffectiveness of the one we previously had.
