They were professional and easy to work with. They were very knowledgeable. They also provided me a 10% discount. With the discount it only cost me for the item and service around $254

BEWARE! This company came out and repaired some heads. The very next day I noticed a puddle of water standing on the grass and as the standing water had never been there before I figured call the company for them to check and make sure it had nothing to do with the sprinkler system. They did come back out however the guy was very rude and aggressive, he refused to even take a look at the issues and instead seemed more interested in arguing and acting like a child. Unless your looking for someone to be disrespectful and unprofessional to you higher someone else.

Mark listened to what we needed and selected a Rainbird system for us. He took a lot of time explaining to us how it worked and how to set it. He reminded us several times that it has a one year warranty and to call him with any questions/problems

Mark did a wonderful job rewiring and replacing heads. He explained everything he did and pricing was reasonable. He was professional and pleasant as well.

we called Mark in the morning and he was able to come at 12:30. He saw what the problem was and was able to dig into the tree roots and repair the broken pipe.

The irrigation guy was fine. He did a great job. On price, I don't know if that was a good charge or not. As far as I am concerned it was an A because he found out that it wasn't my sprinklers that were leaking for the problem. I never used anybody before to check sprinklers, so I am assuming that was an ok price. He worked on it for about 4 hours. It was all labor. With labor charges for 4 hours that seemed about right. On responsiveness, I scheduled a couple of different days for him to come. He didn't come on those days. It rained really hard on those other days that he was supposed to come. He didn't come; I am sure it was because of the rain. He wouldn't have been able to find out anything with it raining. He finally came on another day, which was fine with me. On punctuality, he works alot of different jobs and sometimes you can be late a little bit because you haven't finished up one job on those kind of things.

The technician resolved the situation shortly after his arrival. The broken sprinkler was connected to a hose bibb. The defunct sprinkler system was installed years ago by a previous home owner.

It went very well. They did exactly what I requested and then some. The tech was informative and very helpful. They did the job quickly and efficiently. Very courteous. I would definitely recommend them and will call them for any future sprinkler system needs.

They go above and beyond what you ask for they want to make sure your entire system is working and that's just what they come out to repair.

They were prompt and seemed to do a good job however I had to have another company come out and redo some of the sprinklers they did. It was my fault for not carefully checking their work.  I would say they were in a big hurry and some of the work they did was not right.

They did a good job for me. They were pretty prompt and they did a very good job. The person I called answered the phone but he was in the hospital so he called his partner I guess and they came to my house to stop the water leak within probably not even a couple of hours.

I cannot tell you how pleased I am. Mark and Claude are the two nicest guys,. You do not pay for anythig up front. They show up, will walk you through and show you what the problem is. They are very very reasonably priced. They will take a single penny until they are done, they want to make sure you are happy and satisfied. They will tell you "if you think you can get it cheaper, ok, thank you" and they walk away. Nice guys, very clean and neat, they dont trash your yard. Honesty and integrity are really hard to find, just very pleased with their service.
