We service all plumbing and hvac needs. Both residential and commercial. We strive for a 100% customer satisfaction.

"Where to start with this fiasco. They service Alvista Metrowest where I live. Last month my AC compressor went out, as I’ve heard it—multiple units here did. They took 7 days to come and replace the unit. Only sent out one pair of technicians to service multiple units who only finished one or two units per day. We spent seven days in a 90+ degree apartment, with outside temperatures so hot, not even the portable AC unit we had to buy could keep up with keeping a single room cool. Eventually, they finally came and replaced the AC inside unit. A few weeks later, I’m noticing issues with the AC. The brand new compressor keeps turning off and flipping the breaker on the condenser unit outside, maybe something they should have checked when replacing the inside unit. We reported this on Sunday, they sent out a technician on Monday who quite literally entered the apartment and saw the air was out, said he was as going to go out and fix the unit AND SIMPLY LEFT WITHOUT ANY NOTICE OR COMMUNICATION. It is now Thursday and every single day there’s a promise that someone would be out here to fix it and STILL NOTHING. if we’re keeping a tally here, that is now 10 days that we have been trying to live inside a 90+ degree apartment when we both work from home and have jobs that require us to use our own network. Called them again today and was promised someone would be over at 6 PM and, once again, no show. I have asked the apartment complex if I can hire my own HVAC specialists to come out and have been denied because this company holds the warranty to the machines and any other third party would void the warranty. Completely unreliable, especially in emergency situations. Do not hire them."

We created our business to keep people like you from having to suffer through service that left their homes a wreck and tried to sell them on bigger, better systems that they simply didn't need. You can turn to us for long-lasting repairs and maintenance that can extend the life of your heating and cooling systems.

"Air Ducks replaced my system 5 yrs ago, they never pulled a permit now I have to pay a new contractor to bring it up to today's code and have inspected. Marion county has Air Ducks license on hold right now, that means they can not pull a permit. Plus the county told me Air Ducks has let eight permits from 2018 expire without a final, that means the homeowners will eventually end up in the boat I'm in. I have no other recourse but to sue this company."

Heating Oil questions, answered by experts

The most obvious downside is the high upfront cost of buying and installing one of these systems. Additionally, sometimes the system can take a longer time to heat than alternatives like a boiler. Also, if something goes wrong with the geothermal pump, repairs are often significantly more expensive than repairing traditional, above-ground heat pumps.

Yes, including optimizing settings and suggesting upgrades if needed.

If a geothermal heat pump is installed correctly, then you shouldn’t have to worry about having a backup heat source such as a furnace or oil boiler. However, there are geothermal systems installed that include a backup in case the heat pump fails due to extreme cold. This is simply a backup heat pump you’ll likely never need and not an alternative heat source.

Your HVAC manufacturer will give you instructions on how often you should service your system. Have your unit professionally serviced at least once a year when in doubt.

Heat pump systems are different because they provide heating and cooling solutions for your home. In this case, you should have it serviced at least twice a year.

Yes, many providers offer organic or eco-friendly treatments. Confirm availability with your contractor.
