Tire Kingdom

I can’t speak for all Tire Kingdoms, but I can speak to the experience I had at the location at 3950 West Newberry Road, Gainesville, FL. I came in for a routine oil change and tire rotation/balance. After the work was completed, I discovered that the technician failed to secure the "engine shield" to the bottom of the motor, causing it to drag on the road and be destroyed. After returning to the store, I was told that the best they would do is attach what was left of it to the underside with zip ties. Efforts at working out a solution at the corporate level weren't any better. After dragging out the process for several days, I was eventually told that there was nothing they would do to make the situation right, even though the technician admitted that the mistake was his. So, I will be spending nearly $300 of my money to correct a problem that Tire Kingdom caused. Please avoid this store due to the shoddy work and Tire Kingdom as a whole for the decision to not stand up for customers. I know that I will never use them again, or there affiliates, such as NTB (National Tire and Battery), Merchants Tire and Auto Centers and Big O Tire stores. Mistakes at the technician level happen, but the decision at the corporate level was one of greed.

I got a good deal on them. I got 3-4 years of anytime something goes wrong with the tires you can get them fixed. I went in for an oil changed. Something was wrong with one of my tires. He looked outside at my tires, and said oh look you have a nail in your tire. Sure enough there it was. He took the nail out and patched it up because I had that special warranty. With that warranty they are going to fix them for the next 3-4 years. I would continue to use them.

They changed my oil and topped the fluid levels and rotated my tires. They also did changed my oil with a good quality oil for $30. lees than the other 2 places I priced. They fixed my tire for free. I was out of there in less than an hour. They are very efficient and know what they are doing and they have a good price

Oil change for 2006 Honda. Around $25 with coupon. Friendly staff; service in under an hour.

Service always goes well. This time our Hoda Civic is driving as smooth as it ever has. Certainly better than in the past when we got tires from another dealer who may not have taken the time to balance them or something as the steering wheel always jerked and shimmied when driving after tires were installed by them. The steering wheel is no longer doing that.

After they fixed the flat tire, it was flat again in two days.
