He showed the problem to me and explained in plain English what the problem was. He also went on to identify another problem (oil leakage). I really appreciated these explanations, something that most car mechanics do not do. I just felt that the cost was a bit high for their services.

Not only did they look at it when I first took it in (no wait at all), but they repaired it within an hour and had me out of there and on my way with a perfectly working car. I couldnt have asked for more. Also, what little wait there was seemed so nice because there comfortable waiting room with food, TV, and literature. They also offered me a shuttle too, which I ended up not needing due to the short amount of time it took to fix my car.

It went really well. They didnt try to sell me extra stuff I did not need, they were very informative on what caused the problem, and the price was very fair for the work. Also, as an extra side note, their waiting room was awesome!

We have been taking our cars to Archer Road Imports for about 5 years. They give you service. They are prompt. They try to get the parts in and you back on the road as quickly as possible. They are fairly priced. we would recommend them to anyone.
