You clarified that your previous maintenance tune-up was completed in twice the amount of time as the LIBERTYAIR precision tune-up. The owner explained to you that you received two LIBERTYAIR technicians which made for a quicker tune-up. Two techs are almost always faster than one tech. Thank you for allowing the owner to explain about the zip ties. The zip ties are common practice in today's residential hvac standards. They do not rust but the older practice of metal straps often do. Therefore, LIBERTYAIR prefers to use zip ties which benefits the customer and has no drawbacks. LIBERTYAIR's prices are competitive with its local market. We advise you to beware of extremely low priced contractors, offering 1000% lower prices. You often will receive a low quality for such low prices."
