Thad came out after about 2 hours after calling him. My garage door stopped working this morning. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, and explained everything in detail. He knew the exact reason that the door stopped working. He included a free inspection and explained about the different parts of the door. He was knowledgeable about the codes and knowledgeable about the different pieces of the door, what could go wrong etc. He only fixed what needed to be fixed. He added the necessary struts. The cost was very affordable. I am very, very pleased and will highly recommend Thad and Everdoor in the future. I only wish they did other work. Thank you for a great job.

Thad was amazing and so professional. He came out within a few hours and replaced all moving parts, put the door back on the track, and new weather strip for a fantastic price. He appreciates veterans which was great. He did thorough inspection and gave us multiple options to chose from. All moving parts came with a lifetime warranty! You can’t beat that. Had a great experience with Thad from Everdoor Garage Doors after looking the company up on Angie’s List. Thad came out to my house within a couple of hours, assessed what was needed (lower panel needed replacement and needed to be ordered from the manufacturer). Kept me apprised of part delivery and scheduled install as soon as it arrived. Very professional, worked quickly and neatly. Very reasonable. Highly recommend this company and technician Thad. I had a broken spring on my door and Thad did a great job and got it taken care of very quickly. He explained everything and I ended up going with the springs that come with their lifetime warrant so I don't have to worry about it happening again. Super professional and easy to work with!
