"a day agoNEW Just had my security system (Cams) installed by East Coast Alarm, after explaining what I needed Mr. Charlie was instrumental in assisting with my selection. He did the survey around the house and gave me a remarkable price (cheap), the installation went smoothly and only took 4 hours. With this unit I am able to save my recordings locally to a DVR which saves me from paying a monthly fee for storage. This is a local small company and supports active and prior military personnel, I recommend this company to anyone who is looking to install professional security cameras or alarm system around the house. David did the complete installation in 4 hours, very friendly person and work very neat, cleans up afterwards. "I wanted to have two lines of Cat 6a run through some walls from my office to the ISP's router. The Office provided me a written estimate rapidly and professionally. (The only vendor that I contacted that could provide a written estimate)! The work crew was well prepared and worked quickly and efficiently on the install. I got to watch and I was impressed with how quickly they operated. Their pace was measured, well thought out and not frenetic but they knew what they were doing and finished quickly. I'm out in Orlando, but the team was able to schedule the work within 3 business days of my submitting a signed approval for the work. I was impressed with how quickly I was put on the calendar. Plus the Cat 6a is definitely a big improvement over using WiFi for internet service. Very Satisfied. They did a great job."

"Choosing My Smart Security for both my home and business alarm system has been a great choice and experience. I did a lot of research (which is never fun) and ultimately they were not the cheapest, but somehow they convinced me to go with them. I'm really happy I did. For a few dollars extra I feel I get a lot more. I love that I can view my cameras on my phone and I also know what time people come and leave my home and business. "Self installed is the only option. System works fine for the most part though we have had problems with the motion sensor cameras. Not that I have anything against FrontPoint, but if I were replacing system, I would probably go with Simply Safe now that they have cameras."
