We had some issues getting the theater up and running, but I will say that Joe came back to my house a few times until the job was finished. I was concerned after the first trip didn’t work out as well as I expected. But all’s well that ends well, and my system sounds great.

Joe and Steve were professional and courteous in all aspects of installing the aforementioned equipment.  Each of them asked the homeowner before doing anything.  Because the job entailed drilling holes in the sheetrock in order to hide the HDV wire etc. the holes were re-covered and spackled, after which they cleaned after themselves.

Overall I couldn't be happier and wouldn't hesitate to call them again for additional work.

I was up against a tight deadline before moving in to our new home. After painting, floors, electrical, and plumbing work the one thing I looked forward to was getting our 2 TVs mounted. I was looking to get them done within a day so they would be up before moving in, and so our 5 year-old and 2 year-old didn?t ?accidently? knock them over.
 
I reached out to a number of providers I found online; some called back, others didn?t. Joe got back to me right away, was polished and professional, offered a competitive rate, and was able to accommodate our last minute scheduling request. The install was done right with great attention to detail, and they were cautious to clean-up nicely and not damage the walls or floors.

Joe was friendly, professional and accommodating. He gave a courtesy call about 30 minutes prior to arriving and was on time. I was in a rush and had to leave the house so he made sure to ask exactly what I wanted before I left. Most importantly, they cleaned up after themselves!!!

Joe arrived on time. He was able to bring down the dish and sealed the holes on the roof. Cleaned up well and brought the whole thing to his van to recycle. Awesome job -Joe!

The installer arrived timely, and he was very professional.  He patiently explained the process and let me know how long it would take.  Upon completion, he demonstrated how the mount worked and showed me the different ways that I could move it to watch my television at different angles.  I was extremely pleased and would use this company again.

I paid for this service through Angie's List and was contacted quickly by them. We worked out a time that was convenient for us and I appreciated that he was here early and was done quickly. He did not make any marks on the wall until he had my approval. Overall, I was pleased with the work that Winters Solutions provided for us and plan to use them again to mount a second tv for us. Reliable, professional and fast! Very happy with the finished product.

Joe was awesome!! His work was perfect and unbelievably NEAT. He was really respectful and considerate of all of our requests. He was VERY punctual despite the bad weather during a NJ State of Emergency snow storm. It's rare to find contractors who have these qualities and still can afford to provide a very competitive pricing on the provided services. Joe's service was a great combination of Excellent & Affordable an we WILL be using more of his services.
