A day later they sent a real knowledgable person to answer my questions and refine the specifics of the work, i.e. blown in insulation hasn't worked in the past over my front foter enterance due to soffit venting at the front. The estimator strongly suggested batted insulation for that space. That proved to be a valuable recommendation because the batted insulation has remained intact despite high winds at the Foyer area.
