"Electrician connected my master bedroom coax cable to the room next door. Even though I was uncomfortable with him doing so, he cut a hole in my wall to run the line down. This is a new house and was just finished a week ago! After internet was established I was having connectivity issues. Spectrum came out to test the line and found that a cheap splitter was used to connect the rooms. They had to replace the splitter and reconnect the lines. I have a picture of the splitter he used and it looks like it was bought at the dollar store. I feel overcharged I paid $514 to have this service and he damaged my walls and used cheap equipment. He was not here very long. To make matters worse, he said he couldn't guarantee the line and wouldn't test it because he didn't have a meter. This was a solicited service call from Angies list. I already had an appointment scheduled with Bolt Electric to come out later in the week. I accepted Mr. Sparky since he was able to come earlier."

They jumped right on it. Noticed a couple of other things and book I have lights in my garage again. I didn't think that'd happen lol. They always go above and beyond everytime they come by. The replaced my electrical box out too! Hire them. They are very kind and don't want to rip you off they are there to help you out ! I'll hire them again and recommend to anyone who needs anything. "My review has not appeared on the Performance Air primary site which consists of positive reviews, so I'll try to replicate here. I've also contacted the BBB. Company ads indicate "service 24/7" which is misleading. Yes, you can speak w/ someone at the company, but they can't or won't send a tech 24/7. Our a/c went out Sat evening, 9/16, and they said someone would be out Tues, 9/20. When I said that won't work they scheduled us for the next day, Sunday, between 10a and 2p. Needless to say they didn't show. I called dispatch to see when someone would arrive and was told the tech was delayed on another job. Finally about 5:30p I was told "you're not on the schedule." A wasted day in the heat when I could have called someone else. Our Trane unit (bought from Performance) is less than 8 years old and is maintained only by Performance Air via a service contract. The company is eager for us to replace the unit. When Trane and other brands are properly maintained they typically last much longer than 8 years. The company overcharges on parts, which I've called them out on and had the price reduced (check the records if they'll let you...you have our permission.) Hughes Gulfport FL"
