"Frank went out and bought a new light fixture based on my assumption of the problem, but the problem turned out to be in the switch! I take half the responsibility for that, but wish he (as the professional) would've diagnosed the problem himself; afterwards, I realized he didn't clean up after himself. so, the job got done and he was responsive, but all-in-all a very mediocre and disappointing experience."

He also relocated the garbage disposal switch to a more convenient spot in the cabinet under the sink and changed which outlet in a bedroom was controlled by a wall switch.
