Excellent service all around. Very knowledgeable and professional, from Steve who estimated the work to Dylan and company who completed it. Highly recommend Red Royal. I was initially reluctant after reading odd reviews on Google, which I can say are not even close to reality. This is an outstanding local business that knows electric work inside and out. Very reasonable pricing for high quality work as well. Thanks also to the excellent staff that answers the phone and actually cares about customers and getting answers. Hats off to the owner/managers.

They called me within 5 minutes of posting my job to Angi, great interaction over the phone, and they were able to schedule same day. They show up for a quote and they are ready to do the job right then and there if you want. The electrician was prompt, and professional, gave me two possible quotes depending on how complicated the job was, and ended up billing me the lesser quote. I needed them to rewire a ceiling fan remote to the wall switch, because the fan light was turning on randomly at night while we were sleeping. The electrician found that the programmer for the remote was interfering with the standard switch wiring and fixed it.

Polite and professional, Chad and Brandon completed the work quickly, quietly, and to my satisfaction. I asked a lot of questions, which they happily answered. Neither tried to upsell any products or services. If (when probably!) I need additional electrical work done I would not hesitate to call Red Royal.

The company came out and measured and quoted the installation of two track lights in my kitchen. After winning the job, they technicians came out but without the correct tracks for one of the lights. The installed the short track and agreed to come back with the correct track. Three weeks later, they called to make an appointment. They came back and installed the correct length of track. They left, but the light didn't work. They hadn't gotten off the property so I had them come back and fix the wiring. A couple of days later I realized that although the light worked, the dimmer switch was upside down from a companion switch. They also charged me for the full installation of the corrected track plus a service call for each appointment, even though the second one was to fix the problem they made the first time.
