Any company can install security cameras. What distinguishes a good business from the rest is customer service. As a working professional, it is not easy to take time off from work to be home to wait for service for security cameras that were installed by Patriarch but were not working. It is bad enough that no one shows up but not even the courtesy of a phone call as to why no one showed up. Now take that scenario and multiply by a total of 4. Otis seemed like a nice guy when I talked to him but again, it is service, not sales, that makes a good business. If this review spares 1 customer this same experience, then it was worth the post

Initially used another services but after speaking with Mr. Otis Robinson, I knew this was the company I wanted my family to go with. Mr. Otis got a crew out the next day for install. Mr. Will and Mr. Mike were great. They were very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything we asked. We had a couple of hiccups, but that was due to the equipment requiring a resistor. Neither the less, the team made sure everything was completed and working. I enjoyed this experience and would recommend to any person looking for a home security system.

I would not recommend him because the price of the water system and security camera $8900.00 My complaints were corrected after I filed a complaint. I have one issue remaining with my Samsung new cell is not being recognized with alarm.com app because the system is not accepting my old Samsung SM-G965U.

Otis Robinson and this company are truly customer oriented. I had a local guy install a camera system at my house. It turned out to be a bad experience. I called Patriarch and Otis called me back a few minutes later on a Sunday. After I had relayed my bad experience to Otis, he assured me that they would undo the original work. Scheduled the next day for the job. I asked them to come after 430pm. Will and Holly (the techs) were running late. They called me and kept me informed. Finally they arrived. They undid the original wiring even filling up the holes. The new installation was efficient. They kept me informed about what they were doing, Will is great!! Otis came to check how the installation was going, he went to the local Walmart to get some supplies. After the installation Otis called to ask me about how the system was running. I will highly recommend Patriarch to anyone needing a camera system installation.

Very nice guy. Did his best to fix my broken CCTV but since it was beyond repair he charged me less for the service call than what was quoted. Will use him when I m ready to install new DVR.

The security system was installed immediately. I had an issue with one camera showing black at night due to an issue with the infrared sensor but they came back out immediately and replaced camera and also suggested getting solar lights to improve images. I do wish I had a better instruction guide to help me understand better how to use system.

This company has great customer service with free estimates. They were on time for our appointment and I was not pressured to buy. I was so impressed I had to tell him I was ready to hire them the of estimate, this was after he suggested I take time to think about it and discuss it with my family. The installation went well. They didn't just install my cameras, they allowed me to be involved in the process. This was to ensure my cameras were exactly how I wanted them. The installers were very patient, as I had a lot of question, and they answered them all. I was left with a DVD with all the information I needed to know about my new system. The camera quality is well over my expectations. The cameras were strategically placed around my house to give me a 360-degree view. I initially asked for eight cameras, but the owner said he could give me what I was looking for with only four, and he did. Saving me over $600. I would definitely recommend their products and services. I waited a couple of days before posting a review, to make sure the product was as good as I thought it was, and it is.

The service was great, installation went smoothly, the young man was very knowledgable, extremely polite, worked very hard. The camera quality is great!!! I had 4 installed and they cover the front of my home and I'm very impressed with the camera's and it has given me great peace of mind. Being older, it's nice to be able to see who's at the door long before you open the door, also see packages being delivered, mail being delivered, etc., Just a safer feeling now.

The initial quote process with Otis went smooth. They were able to accommodate my schedule due to me being in and out of town a lot. That was a plus. Communication was good. The initial install went well but the actual installer was subcontracted by Patriarch and there were a few small lapses in communication regarding placement of cameras. Nothing big and it was easily resolved. After initial installation, there were a few small issues with the power sources and a camera not working properly. There was a little back and forth and some frustration but everything was eventually worked out and we are satisfied with the final result. The price was ok but there were a few additions to the initial quote that were not expected or welcomed. After the initial install we paid A 4% merchant charge for using a credit card as payment. This was not disclosed until the time of payment. During the install i had to purchase extension cords and another wire which i was partially reimbursed for. I was short on time during the install so i didn't have much of a choice if i wanted the system up and running. Also on a follow up to deal with a power source issue i had to pay a fee for the upgraded power source. In a 4 camera system i expected Patriarch to know what was needed and quote that price without additional charges on the back end. All in all with these few negatives, I WOULD STILL RECOMMEND PATRIARCH. They did work with me and follow up and correct all issues. I spent a little more than initially expected, but I'm able to check on my home from wherever and whenever i want. Thank you Otis, Marx and Rachel

When I called Patriarch, I was pleasantly surprised to have my call returned by the owner. He was very flexible to avail himself to my schedule. When he came for our appointment, he shared his business model philosophy and how customer service and satisfaction was of the utmost importance to him. He explained every facet of the system, as well as the available options. He was not pushy when I opted to go with lesser priced optioms. I was very pleased with installation, everything was done carefully and when it was done everything look professionally done. The instructions to arm and disarm the system were excellent and it's really convenient to arm and disarm from my smartphone or key FOB in an emergency. There are many companies that offer alarm equipment and monitoring, but "Mr. Otis'" professionalism and dedication to his craft and profession are evident, as well as his passion to ensure his customers are completely satisfied...He truly earned my business and I recommend his company!!

The company responded to my complaint and came out and fixed the problem. 3-1-19 problem not fix This is the worst company in the US.

"We have been to this K.G. home several times to insure his satisfaction. Every issue that he is speaking of is of no fault of ours. He currently has a house guest who is destroying the equipment by either snatching the equipment off the wall and cutting wires. On our last visit to K.G. home wires were again cut and he stated to the tech that he would be going to court due to the house guest and once that issue was handled that he would reach out to us. His court date was today and he has yet to reach out to us. His other issue is that since the equipment was not faulty and was destroyed that we are required for him to pay for the equipment."
