"Initially, Solutions Concrete was one of the best companies I have dealt with. They came out the same day to give a quote, were patient and understanding when we had to change project details, and were quick to respond and happy to answer questions. However, as soon as we tried to plan a day to have the foundation poured, everything changed. I was told (on a Wednesday) that they would let me know if they would be out the same day or the next day. I never heard anything back (despite calling several times). On Monday, I was able to speak to someone. However, I had to go over the project details again. We discussed days and agreed on Wednesday. However, no one ever came out and I never received a call to confirm/reschedule. I tried calling, texting, and sending a message through Angi, but no one ever responded. Overall a frustrating and disappointing experience."

"Finally got to remodel our master bathroom into a doorless large shower (eliminated the bathtub), with new tile, floor tile, shower fixtures, security bars, new mirrors and vanity lights and included a bench with marble top. Remodeled smaller bathroon with a new bath tub, new tile, shower fixtures and a nice sliding glass door as well as a new mirror and vanity lights. Happy with the results!"

"From water in my house, due to Hurricane Milton, and the discovery of cracks on the exterior of my concrete block house â ¦ to a week of digging, grinding, cementing, and waterproofing the slab, the interior walls of two rooms, and fixing cracks in the exterior walls of my house, this was quite an experience! As annoying and disruptive as something like this can and will be, all in all it wasnâ t nearly as bad as I anticipated, mainly due to Brian, the lead. He was informative, asked my opinion, explained why things were done as they were, and went over and above to keep me in the loop. Both he and Corey were respectful and pleasant at all times. As you can imagine, as a woman living alone, it is difficult to have male workers in and out of the house. At no time was I concerned. Yes, this experience was a bit disruptive and I knew it would be â ¦ but it was ever so less painful and disruptive than I thought it would be and I thank Brian for that. And, I no longer have to worry about water in my house from hurricanes. May I also say that the response from this company was exceptional. I entered my information into their website the day after the hurricane hit. Within 15 to 20 minutes, I received a phone call from the CEO. We talked a bit and he made an appointment for the next week. He kept me informed by text as to his arrival time and arrived when he said he would. He told me what the company would do and sent a contract to me which I signed. I was given a start date and it never changed. The work that was done by the team that arrived was what he said would happen. How incredibly refreshing that a company actually did what they say they would do in the timeframe that was set. Thank you again. I hope I am never in the position to need this companyâ s services again. ð But, for anyone else out there who is, I donâ t believe you could do much better than Advanced Environmental Services. Five stars are not enough."

"He works hard and the amount of work he completed was great. He is a nice man and he listened to everything I wanted done. He is doing a major cleanup of my landscaping that wasnt touched yet this year. Everything was overgrown and it looked pretty bad. I was amazed at the difference he made in one day. My lanscaping looks wonderful, thanks to him. He is also looking at my sprinklers and will take care of any problems. I plan on continuing to use him to maintain my landscaping once the cleanup is done. I have a lot of flowering plants, shrubs and trees. I feel confident that he will be able to continue to keep them looking good going forward. Thank you DeMott Property Care."
