Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
The gutters needed to be cleaned of debris. Several of the downspouts had been torn off due to heavy rain storms. They needed repair and reattachment. Frank was the best to work with. He kept his word, showed up when he said he would and kept me informed through the entire process. He was professional and courteous. I felt he truly cared about the quality of work being done. Frank definitely gets 5 stars from me.

I was completely impressed with Handyman Connection. They called within minutes of my search on Angi. They were quick to identify that they were able to provide the services I required. He was able to send the technician the same afternoon to quote a price for our projects. Carlos came that afternoon. After he understood what we needed he was able to provide a quote that was reasonable for our repair. Since we had a time crunch he offered to work Saturday. Carlos was professional, helpful, neat and efficient. He was able to manufacture a set of stairs with sturdy handrail that will allow my mother to use the jacuzzi she bought. She hadn't used it for almost 8 months because she has slipped the last time she used it. She took one look at the stairs and you could see the concern disappear. (He also replaced a ceiling fan. He tried to save us some $$ by trying to fix it, but it still failed). Carlos went above and beyond to fix our issues. I will absolutely use Handyman Connection in the future for any of my repairs. I highly recommend them.

George did an awesome job on repairing a damaged gate on my fence. Plus installing a step to make the entry way from the garage to the kitchen more Handicap friendly. I am very impressed with his performance and would hire him again for other future projects.

Brien the owner of this franchise is putting me off and making excuses about repairing the exterior wall they agree was done wrong. I bought the door and window to be framed to replace the space my slider door was in. I paid over $3,000 because I thought I was hiring a reputable agency so it would be done right. The exterior wall was covered in interior drywall mud that fell to the ground when Ian came through. The wall was done in 2020 and sustained because I had a screened porch. Once the porch was removed the elements exposed the drywall. I am trying to sell my house and the realtors handyman covered the wall with the drywall mud left behind so the wood would not be exposed. This wall is not waterproof and needs repair.

Our experience with Sony was very good. We had 2 projects—hinges on heavy exterior door& paint & scrap, sand, & paint second story balcony. Both were finished extremely well. Good man.

After replacing a slider with a French door there was an ugly gap between the new door and the wall (new door is flush with outside wall, slider was at the center of the opening). John S. made wood parts to fit the opening and installed them beautifully.

two double patio doors were replaced - one was done thoroughly and well, the other acceptably. We assumed that the old doors would be hauled away but they were left behind and the city will charge us $70. to remove them from curbside. We should have determined that ahead of time.
