"I am very sorry to hear that this home owner is unhappy with the patio that they desined and we installed back in June of 2014. I recommended to homeowners to keep the patio at grade level because the original base was in stone dust and a proper compaction would require removing all of the stone dust which they had paid for and had installed 2 years prior. They wanted to move forward going on top of this base. We then used crushed bank and another layer of stone dust to build the patio to his design. The homeowners were very happy when the patio was completed. They then hired us the following year to install another patio adjacent to the original one. And again a year later we were hired to do more work at their home. During this period there was no metion of the patio sinking . Sincerely, John Darling JD Masonry LLC"
The work was done very well and they were good about cleaning up during and after the work was done.
