Anamaria and Manuel were informative and pleasant to work with. A neighbor came by while the window replacement was being worked on and is interested in having work done on their property; they were impressed with the short time frame of having the repairs completed."

"I am impressed with several things with Florida Home 360. #1 They are open every day. During the week, they are available to talk to 13 hours per day. Not sure about Saturday but Sunday you can call them 8 hours on that day. #2 Jaime is so professional. He is very ethical and takes his Project Manager position seriously. He made sure my Mom was happy with the job. He even fixed some minor things which I believe are outside his responsibility. He is one of the good guys in this industry. #3 The employees are all super punctual. This is the almost unreal part Imagine, a company calls when they say they will and they show up on time. From the sales pitch from Terri to Mirla setting up appointments to Jaime and the installers. Everything was done when promised. They value their customers' time. Now there are a couple minor things that went wrong. In fact, the installers informed Mom before she even knew there was an issue. They took responsibility and replaced what went wrong. The company is also reimbursing her for something else. Anyone can make a mistake but it takes a very ethical company to make things right for the customer. This is without even asking. They just do the right thing. The windows and front door look great. Thank you Jaime and the four installers who worked so hard. You all rock!"

"Had all my window and door hardware replaced in my two bedroom condo. Within 3 months, I started having problems. They promised to come back for the door handle that was supposed to be changed with the lock, but never did. They had the nerve to continue to bill me for $100.00 when I had already paid them $1600.00 and the job was not complete. Now I have a reputable window company replacing hardware because they said Sammy's used inferior and incorrect, not strong enough mechanisms, for the size of the windows. This company is only interested in making the fast buck and servicing their customers properly."

"Everything was fantastic! The sales people were not pushy, they did not use high pressure sales tactics like the other window companies we had quotes from. The pricing was up front and fair, no gimmicks. They made sure all the details were set before starting the job, with all the measuring and ensuring the correct products for each opening. The install crew we had was great; They worked hard and cleaned up after themselves each day they were at our house. We had followup calls and visits to ensure the work was being done correctly and that we were happy with the product and experience. Would definitely recommend this company for your window and door installation!"

"Contracted 12/8/21. Work done in Aug due to supply chain (no concern there). They installed everything and after installation I pointed out concerns with screens, windows, and a sliding door. Project Manager Gino came and inspected. Validated scratches in glass were significant and needed to be replaced. Scratches impair visibility and are beyond 3" in and in multiples. Scratches caused from installation and not manufacturer. Well beyond ASTM "industry" standards. Said door was installed backwards and he would talk to Scott about how to fix. Over a year of emails and phone calls and this company shirks blame. Scott is a coward and does not return calls or emails. I am actively engaged with lawyers and am in process of fling to sue for this company to complete work. Oh, and their BBB record? They ignore complaints here just like their customers. Ref BBB #20606415. Read the negative reviews here and those are the honest ones. Do not use this contractor."
