My guy came over and did everything he could assessing the situation and to find out, it was actually inside the toilet and not in the pipe. Everything was broken down, completely cleaned out. He even ran back out to the store to get me the exact seal that I needed to remount the toilet at no extra cost to me. But as always, you hook your people up when they do a good job. "Had emergency toilet repair required. Had to replace ring at base of toilet as well as inner workings and valve line.. Admiral Plumbing responded immediately and serviced the problem in a timely and efficient manner. Repair turned out to be more expensive than anticipated but all costs were laid out so I completely understood the work being undertaken. The only complaint I would have is that the servicing plumber did not make any optional recommendations such as replacing the toilet as opposed to repairing as in the end this may have been a more cost efficient choice. I would definitely reach out to Admiral Plumbing for future work."

They arrived on time I had a stoppage that was in the line that I thought at least they brought a snake machine in my home and remove the toilet and ran the snake and couldnâ t clear stoppage at that point they ran camera and found my line to be broken And cast-iron from my house to the street was totally corroded. These guys were awesome. They found the problem with their equipment and located at least 10 feet of my line was corroded with roots and shattered pipe. They explained to me that they could either fix a portion or redo the whole line. I decided to replace the whole line And they even worked with me on the price.
