My guy came over and did everything he could assessing the situation and to find out, it was actually inside the toilet and not in the pipe. Everything was broken down, completely cleaned out. He even ran back out to the store to get me the exact seal that I needed to remount the toilet at no extra cost to me. But as always, you hook your people up when they do a good job.
