"I do not recommend. Omar was unable to restore my system to its original condition; he had to remove the irrigation valve because he did not have the fittings to attach it to the pipes, so now my system has no irrigation valve. I asked for a discount because parts of my system were being removed so that the leak could be fixed, but the owner informed me that I should have called an irrigation company. They claim to be REPIPING EXPERTS with expertise in drain line repairs and sewers, but do not bring basic plumbing fittings to the job. If I were the owner of a company and my employee did not have what he needed to do the job, I would either offer the customer a discount or I would send the employee back out to do the job right. At least the leak was solved."

"made a substantial deposit to get on their schedule. That was 3 months ago on 6/16/22. No response on the start date. Called many times, emailed, and left voice mail messages on their cell and with their answering service. All messages and calls went unanswered, not even courtesy of a response. So unprofessional! I wonder now if ATI is a scammer. If they were legit I ask why then no response."

"Gary(owner) was fantastic. Showed up on time for initial appointment. Prices came within the time frame promised along with a drawing showing exactly how closet would look . Made appointment to install and was here on schedule. Took him about 4 hours to do both closets. The closets look exactly as we planned. They did an exceptional job. "David Spence did it again!! We had 2 bathrooms that needed to be gutted and one a conversion from tub to shower only. Not only did David Spence come in at a fair price, everything was done professionally and in a timely manner. Tile for second bath was running behind so instead of having us wait for it to come in, he gave us a choice to go pick out tile from Floor and Decor, which we did and the bathroom looks beautiful. Great customer service! We love that Ched and Tristan took time to answer any concerns we had along the way and they kept us up to date on the daily work. Both of our bathrooms are totally unrecognizable from where we started. You can’t go wrong hiring DAVID SPENCE INC. for your remodeling needs. We would definitely recommend him and his team."
