The problem here is so simple. Look at the before and after photo. I call and they say they have someone in the area. He came by, with no tools but a pipe wrench. Started at a crazy price of $1000 and then came down to the set price of $300 just to replace the knobs. Wasn't happy by it, but ok. I needed it. Didn't have time to do laundry, but the first chance I got, I tried. No water. I check the knobs.. they fell off. No response from Robert , since.

Choice Home Warranty sent "Jonathan Riggs" from House Doctor, LLC to our home to make a repair of a water heater. He suggested replacing to a tankless water heater. I was out of town and my wife gave him half the deposit. He left no receipt and now has disappeared. We believe we are being ripped off. Choice refuses to assist. He has multiple addresses for. his business and multiple names. The Florida Sunbiz registration shows a business address of 121 NE 3RD STREET APT 1102 FT LAUDERDALE, FL 33301 US, but this website shows an $800k home at 20118 Palm Island drive, Boca Raton, FL.
