"They service was performed on time and they did a very good job.  Our carpets were embarassingly dirty and had needed to be done for some time.  We had recently got a new puppy for our daughter and suffice it to say, he had plenty of accidents.  There were tell tale stain marks all over the carpet that were in desperate need of cleaning.

"Back in the first weekend of May I noticed that I had a leak of some sort around the lower window in my living room area. I pulled about 2 gallons of water out of the carpet and padding so it was not a minor window leak. I hired two other companies to come out and take a look, one specifically to track down the leak and another to dry out the wall to prevent mold and further damage.  Both companies offered remediation and repair services but they were both extremely expensive and I was unsure if my insurance would even cover the damages.
I contacted Billy over at SBS and he scheduled time to come out to take a look at what he thought would need to be done.  Billy called ahead of time to see if he could meet me earlier than he had scheduled and showed up right on time.  He took about 30 minutes to look over the areas where I was having trouble and came up with an action plan and gave me an agreeable estimate.  Right from the very beginning he focused on finding the root cause and gave me an estimate on getting my issue fixed.   We scheduled work to begin the following week. Work was scheduled to begin 9am on 5/14, and Billy showed up right on time with the rest of his crew.  They took about 30 minutes to go over what needed to be done,  assessed what their priorities were going to be and were working by 9:30am.  The entire SBS staff was friendly, personable and easy to work with.  They took the time to answer all of my questions as they were working and showed me all of the damage they found as well as explaining how they were going to fix it.  The work staff was also very clean and organized while they worked.  They even left the work area cleaner than they had found it after the first day of work.
All in all, the job took just about a week to complete due to the weather and the finished results were more than I was hoping for.  I have not seen any sign of further leaking, even with the amount of rain that has happened since the repairs were complete.   Without a doubt, Billy and the staff of SBS will be the first place I call for any future home repairs or remodeling."
