"They service was performed on time and they did a very good job.  Our carpets were embarassingly dirty and had needed to be done for some time.  We had recently got a new puppy for our daughter and suffice it to say, he had plenty of accidents.  There were tell tale stain marks all over the carpet that were in desperate need of cleaning. 

They did a very thorough and professional job by paying particular attention to the stains, treating them and re-treating them as necessary.  Since this is the original carpet that was built with the house in 1997 I did not expect any miracles, but my wife and I were really surprised at the results.  We were so pleased, that we have vowed to maintain the carpets in their new state and I would definitely use Royal Chem-Dry again.

"Dan re-plumbed with copper pipes, re-wired as needed,  installed a composite drain pan kit, used water proof dry wall, and coated the walls with a substance that would further waterproof them. The drains were not centered, though I was OK with that, Dan centered them, which required jackhammering through he slab and pitched the floors precisely to the drain. The travertine tiles were set perfectly plumb. The walls were installed properly and expertly skim coated and painted.  His crew worked clean: rolling out a paper runner and taping it to the floor. They cleaned up every night, were careful while walking through the house, were very professional, courteous,  always saying please and thank you, knowledgeable, worked without cell phone interruptions, showed me what was happening every step of the way, asked for my input on positioning of tiles, fixtures and decor. Any questions I asked were answered without any runaround. There were no excuses. They finished the job within the estimated time.   He did not go over the estimate by a cent! There were no surprises. We have made an appointment to complete the punch list.
Having worked with many contractors over my 20 years of property management, I must say that SBS is among the best all-round companies I have had the pleasure of working with. 
I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs any type of remodeling, or building from scratch.

"Dealing with John and Vincent was an overall pleasure.  I had contacted several contractors that were not willing to do this job for one reason or another.  All County came in with a can do attitude and worked around our busy office schedule (working weekends) to get the job done correctly and quickly.  John & Vincent followed up with me daily and were always a phone call away when I had a question.  All County had some obstacles out of their control to deal with concerning replacing the carpeting in one of our offices.  All County took control of the situation located more carpeting and had it installed the next day.  I received a great price, quality, & professionalism from All County and plan on doing more business with them in the future."
