"Vivint is the worst company I have ever done business with. Having Vivint is a condition on my lease and, if it wasn't, I would quit in a minute. The company is so cheap about replacing malfunctioning equipment. My front door lock doesn't work and I have been working on getting a replacement for over a month. Still no luck. An appointment is not an appointment but I rough guideline to when someone may or may not show up. There are a lot of alarm companies and I could never recommend Vivint."

"**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! DISHONEST & UNSCRUPULOUS!!** Kintex Plumbing, as a contracted provider for Choice Home Warranty, came to my home to unclog a shower drain. I was working the day of the appointment and had my elderly father come over to let the technician in and pay him at the end of the service. When the technician cleared the clog, he removed and broke the shower pop up drain. He left the drain on the side of the shower, told my father he had finished the work, collected payment, and left without saying anything about breaking the drain. When I got home and noticed what he had done, I tried to put the center of the drain back in and saw that the pop up function no longer worked. I called Kintex the following morning and asked them to come back out and fix the drain. They said the technician denied causing the damage and refused to come back unless I paid them again (BTW bathroom was newly remodeled and the drain was brand new). Then they ignored weeks of recall appointment requests from Choice Home Warranty. In the end, I did have to buy a new drain and pay another company to install it. The technician took advantage of the fact that my father trust him to do the work properly and then lied about breaking the drain. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND USE ANOTHER PLUMBING COMPANY!!"

"This company is party of a SCAM through American Home Shield. Do NOT let them come out to your home!!! We have a contract with AHS and they insisted on sending JetMobile out for a 2nd opinion diagnosis and estimate. They know exactly what they have to say so that AHS doesn't have to pay on their home warranty. In my case, they sent out Yosebel, (his truck read Gonzalez and Sons) He stated that my 16yr old AC unit that has a leaking condenser coil, that was low on old r22 refrigerant COULD be fixed but wanted me to pay $1400 and sent me an invoice to pay it the next day. When I called them and confronted them and requested them to tell the truth to AHS that this was not the correct diagnosis and that I had two other professional contractors telling me is was unfixable due to age and must be replaced (not fixed because it would not solve the issue), they then told AHS the truth that it needed a full replacement but stated it was wear and tear. Well this is where it gets crazy. I spoke to Rick from Jet Mobile and he stated to me that they changed their diagnosis and told AHS I needed a full replacement AC. He was able to order one but he was just waiting for AHS to authorize it. I then called AHS and they refused to listen to what Rick told me. They then silenced JetMobile and after numerous attempts to speak with Rick. I received a generic message from Rick stating "any concerns should be exclusively addressed between you and AHS". They are part of the AHS scam!! Stay far away. They do what AHS tells them to do to make it so AHS doesn't have to pay out and then they try and prey on you and get you to pay them for "modifications" not covered by AHS."
