Purpose: The sprinkler heads were leaking alongside the driveway; the landscaping contractor sliced the tubing while edging. The landscape contractor indicated that they didn't slice the heads; and it would cost me additional funding to get them repaired.
Solution: Jerry moved the head further from the concrete to prevent edgers from slicing the connecting tube; and also resolved a panel box wiring issue from the previous sprinkler repair contractor.
Re-repair: I had to call Jerry to come back to re-repair the two heads alongside the driveway; I noticed that they were still leaking 2 days later. Jerry was full with appointments, but did return a week later; the leaking heads were resolved with the second visit.
