Extremely professional installation, done in a timely manner. They kept the appointment times. We had no complaints at all. We would gladly refer this company for any projects. Purpose: The sprinkler heads were leaking alongside the driveway; the landscaping contractor sliced the tubing while edging. The landscape contractor indicated that they didn't slice the heads; and it would cost me additional funding to get them repaired.
Solution: Jerry moved the head further from the concrete to prevent edgers from slicing the connecting tube; and also resolved a panel box wiring issue from the previous sprinkler repair contractor.
Re-repair: I had to call Jerry to come back to re-repair the two heads alongside the driveway; I noticed that they were still leaking 2 days later. Jerry was full with appointments, but did return a week later; the leaking heads were resolved with the second visit.

He was polite and helpful in asking what I needed in the area of plumbing and made an appointment for 10:00 a.m. the next morning. He arrived on time and took care of the problem quickly. He explained everything to me about what the problem was and what to do about it as he was fixing it. I definitely highly recommend him."
