"Brian was on time, pleasant, professional, and cleaned up after himself thoroughly. He gave us an estimate for time and actually finished faster than estimated. When some of the items we purchased at Lowe's for him to install wouldn't work for our purposes, he was well-prepared with supplies on his truck and didn't open our packages, so that we could return them for a full refund. He checked out our water softener and could have sold us a new one, as we thought it was not working. It turned out to be a valve that was left in the wrong position by the previous service person (not from Aces Drain), and the softener functions perfectly now. For our peace of mind re the functionality of the softener, he referred us to a company that does free water quality testing and we confirmed with them that the softener is working. Very honest of Brian, because we did think we were going to have to buy a new unit.

One sprinkler head that they didn't replace started to work but eventually is now not working but otherwise I love the job he did. However. Only complaint I had was delays which were not the company's fault but was tied up at the house due to not communicating back ups due to weather and homeowner add on to existing job causing delays and I knew that was the case I just wanted a call to confirm so I could have planned my days better but I loved his knowledge and blue collar work ethic and will definitely use this company again."

I asked some questions about the materials needed for the work, and he was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me. I selected some tile and a tub I wanted, and contacted him to schedule the work. The job took five days and he showed up on time every morning. His work was clean each day, as he protected the floors and the tub during the work. I live alone, so I wasn't around a lot while he was working, but he texted me about the progress each day and was very helpful throughout the process. What was extraordinary about this particular job is that I didn't order the right amount of bullnose tile, nor did I have the right grout, but George made some recommendations for some alternatives for finishing work and even was gracious enough to pick up materials several times for me. Despite the changes in some of the planned work, the price did not change. This was the easiest contracting work I've ever experienced, and I would highly recommend you hire Mr. Suba. "I called John for an estimate on installing a backsplash in my kitchen. John indicated that he was happy to provide an estimate and do the work but he may be more expensive because of location. I did end up using a local company but John went over an above my expectations by continuing to offer his help/answer any questions even though I wasn't using his services. Stellar business practice! If I living in the Ocala area I would absolutely call John for other work.

"Our toilet seat snapped off and needed to be replaced.  We thought this might be something we could do ourselves (we do not consider ourselves to be 'handy'), but to be prepared, we researched a few contractors. We sent a message through Angie's List asking if they could install a toilet seat (soft close seat for a Toto Dual Flush toilet).  We received a quick response from Frank Pellerito asking us to provide details in order for them to send us a price quote.  We appreciate the promptness. However, after contacting Toto online, we received the information we needed to tackle the job ourselves.

Complete Professionals!  They bailed us out from another plumber  that left front sewer pipe not connected to house!  Cleaned up mess, fixed problem.  Cleared two major blockages between yard and city sewer line, and installed perma-liner.  Carlos' expertise and Albert and Calvin all were especially fantastic - they were hard working, super professional and Albert and Calvin did a great clean up at the end of a very long day. Others  who also came from Pioneer were professional and did a great job.  Left us a video of how the pipe looked inside afterwards, all the way to city sewer.  Three words - expertise, professional, hard working, (okay four words) - that says it all.  Recommend them highly and we will use them in the future for any plumbing repairs.
