"An outstanding company, ready to help within hours o our call. Fair prices, fast, neat, and efficient. OUR A.C. stopped working, we called Sophisticated Cooling, and David was at our home in 2 hours, diagnosed the problem as a leaking A-coil, and replaced it under manufacturer warranty, even though he was not the original installation contractor. Did I mention that he is an honest contractor? He could have screwed us and charged us for the part, but he didn't. He will be highly recommended to anyone that needs air conditioning service and installation."

"Efrain Vasquez came by same day to check out my AC which wasn’t blowing cool air. Right away he noticed the compressor not running and tried his hardest to get it working before advising for replacement. He came back the next day and I had cool AC by noon! Thanks First Aid!"

"Had service star Air & heating replace a 5 ton and 2.5 ton and two air handlers that had gone bad. Louis Ratti told me it would take his crew about 8 hours to completed the job from 9:am to 5pm. The crew got there on time and started to work right away. They were professional, courteous and proficient. There was no guessing to what they had to. They were good I say better than good. By 2:30pm they had both systems up and running and the work area clean and spotless. Not only that, I asked if they would connect my phone to both thermostat and with out hesitation they did it. I was very highly impressed. Thank you Louis for sending the right crew"
