The work went just as promised. The two installers arrived at the time specified and proceeded to work for four hours to haul away the old system and install the new one, all the time acting in a businesslike and a very professional manner. The system works beautifully.

Everything from start to finish was delivered with outstanding service. I was particularly appreciative of Tracy's ability to clearly explain my options for purchasing a new unit. He did not try to up sell me on something that would be over kill. He listened to my needs and offered options that would work best for my scenario. His sons did the installation - were very punctual and courteous and efficiently/timely did the installation. They took time to explain everything about the inside and outside components and went over preventative maintenance for the drain line, The entire team was very professional and friendly and a pleasure to do business with.

I used him to install my New AC unit. On this Maintenance Call I asked if they cleaned the compressor inside and out and they told me yes. when he left after 20 minutes I looked and the debris was still inside the compressor. I am waiting for his call or email back and Have not received it as of this posting.

Everyone we encountered was very professional, courteous and went out of their way to ensure that our project was taken care of at the earliest possible time so that our family remained comfortable in the heat! I would recommend them to anyone.

The work went fine. It was easy to get a hold of them over the phone. I scheduled a time for them to come out, and they were right on time. This was my first time using them. I was very satisfied with his work. This price was a little high though.

Tracey arrived promptly and went straight to work. He didn't try to upsell me on anything. I find that most A/C technicians are liars and want you to replace the entire unit rather than fix the issue. I was happy to see Tracey was the complete opposite. He wanted to fix the unit and hoped to extend the life. I enjoyed his visit. He made some DYI recommendations to get a little better performance. It was exactly what I wanted. I asked for a quote for a new unit down the road and he gave me a good price.

An individual Company we encountered in Home Depot (Sales Promotion) came to our home to conduct an annual tune-up on our 3 HVAC systems.  They had a great sale price for the service, but unfortunately their repair recommendations were not  necessary as indicated.

We decided to get a second opinion, and this is how we retained Steele A. C. Services. Mr. Steele was very honest from the very beginning. He took the time to explain the need/use and process of the parts and repairs over the telephone (recommended repairs by the other company).  We made an appointment, he came to our home and looked over the paperwork from the previous provider, (whom is a member on Angie’s list) and inspected all 3 units. After he was done he informed us there truly was no need to replace the 2 capacitors on the units as stated by the previous company (which total repair price was $756.00).

Our units are 12 years old and all he could find was that the Freon was low on 2 of the units. Something the other company did not mention to us.  This was the only repairs done. He was very thorough, kind and professional. We highly recommend his company. If you are looking for an honest and reliable individual, he is it!      

We are very please with the service we received with Tracy Steele Air Conditioning.  The serviceman was prompt and did a 20 point tune-up.  He found the system to be low on freon and recharged it. He told us to keep an eye on the cooling because the freon could escape and we therefore might need more service.
We were very pleased with his service and felt very comfortable knowing has has also serviced others in our community.

I emailed Tracy D Steele in the evening when I signed up for a Big Deal as to when I was available to have the AC serviced at my new condo and that I would only be in town for a few days to do. I got  a call at 8 am the next morning from the founder of the 30 something year  old company Tracy, and his son Kevin, was at my house at 10 am that day. Between the time I spoke with them to set up the appointment and Kevin arrived, my whole system died. I called to explain I would be needing more than a maintenance visit and they said it was still fine. Kevin arrived exactly on time and we located the condenser (since I had just moved in) and he looked at the air handler. He said it looked like I would need a new coil but that Trane coils were much more expensive that other companies but he said it so politely ("Trane is very proud of their coils"). He got pricing for me and it was one third of the cost of a whole new system with almost no warranty. He said he hated to walk in the door for a service and end up talking about huge repairs or replacement but that he would give me 3 options with pricing and I could choose what suited me best. One was to just put more freon in the system and see how long it went. Two was to replace the coil but those type of coils were much more expensive than other companies and 3 was to replace the whole system which the original home inspection report said would likely not be too far in the future. The condenser was badly rusted and Kevin pointed out that it was much larger than all the others units and that it was mismatched to the air handler. Kevin just gave me the facts very clearly and answered all my questions without putting any pressure on me. I chose to go with replacing the whole system and we scheduled a date. Kevin filled the system with freon to keep it going and said if it all leaked out before they came back to call and they would refill it at no charge.He and his father arrived right on time as promised and did the work as promised and cleaned everything up. They made sure the indoor cats who were secured in a back bedroom didn't escape.They were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and polite for both visits. At the installation Tracy gave me a rebate from the City of Stuart so that I could get a $500 rebate which was a very pleasant surprise since FPL had just ended their program. All in all, these guys are fantastic in every category and in my opinion you can't go wrong with them or deal with more polite, knowledgeable professionals.

I was very pleased with the responsiveness of the provider. He showed up when he said that he would.  Once the problem was found, the provider was thorough in explaining the issue and possible causes.

I was expecting a $5000 bill for a new A/C unit.  He found drain was just plug and unit full of water.  He drained unit and it was up and running for just a service call.  I originally called for him to quote a replacement unit but he fixed mine instead. That is what I call a honest professional serviceman.

It went great. After having 2 other diagnoses and quotes provided and rejected, Tracy Steele and sons not only saved us considerable dollars by finding a Freon leak that 2 other firms were unable to find, but also completed the job of replacing the lines on a timely basis. They had to run the lines along a different path, comply with the condo associations requirements and do it quickly for us. This firm goes the extra mile to help, was very responsive and reasonably priced. They were very professional and honest. We will use them for any A/C issues on all of our properties and highly recommend them.

I have been using Tracy Steele since he installed by air conditioner when my house was built in 2003. I have to admit I've tried/used a couple of other A/C companies for whatever reason and found myself overpaying or not happy with the other companies. So I realized what a gem I had in Tracy Steele. They are honest, dependable, and reasonable. I have since used them at my business. When I had a very expensive blower motor fail, his son offered to check if he had a used one at their shop which they did. He pointed out that it wouldn't come with a warranty, but it saved me a bundle so it was worth it. This is a great family owned and operated business. I would highly recommend.

They did an excellent job. They configured the system in the most economical way yet didn't skimp on quality. Their bottom line was significantly lower than other bids. The equipment is top quality and their knowledge and workmanship was also first rate.

They are professional, licensed and bonded. They do a good job and do not overcharge. They do not tell you that you need something you don't.
