"Hello Lydia, I am sorry you feel that you had such a bad experience with our company. I do remember you calling the office to notify us that you did not like a comment that one of technicians made upon arrival at your home. And based on that comment you had doubts as to whether or not the work would be performed properly. Once made aware of your concerns the VP came to your home personally within the hour. Once at you home the technician was asked what he said that offended you so bad. He stated, that the attic was tight and that it was going to be a tough job. Not only did we perform a duct cleaning but we added duct work to your HVAC system"
