Our windows were shipped within 4 weeks (ahead of promised date), got a call from John and had an appointment set. Roger and his crewmen (Windows Installer) was on time, very importantly Roger himself and his team are highly professional, courteous and friendly. Roger stayed extra hours and called additional men to help get the installation done in one day. After installation, they made sure no screw/nails are left in my yard/driveway (clean project).
