"Quality 1 registration deserves a top-notch rating. Yoni and his staff are “can do”, professional, excellent people who follow through on their commitments. A month ago I returned at the end of a long day to my downstairs condo with 3 inches of water due to an inlet pipe breaking in my downstairs bathroom. Water was leaking out of both my back and front doors. After calling a plumber to fix the leak, I lucked out on a google internet search for a water remediation company. Yoni and his team were knocking at my door shortly thereafter in spite of the later evening phone call from me. I am certain the prompt service limited the overall damage. However, my condo was not rated to hold this amount of water for a period of hours and the damage ended up being pretty substantial. Over the next few weeks, Yoni helped me work with my insurance company providing them detailed reports to support their inspection of my premises. Given my initial positive experience, I decided to continue with Quality 1 for the mold remediation and the mold was successfully removed. While I am humbled by the whole experience, Yoni and Quality 1 were flat out an honor to do business with. I wish the company the best. We are so lucky to have professionals like Quality 1 in this market."

"Deborah was extremely accessible & knowledgeable for all my questions about mold in general and remediation. She and her crew treated my home as if it were theirs, all while making sure that every wall, floor and ceiling was cleaned. This is an extremely stressful event and her knowledge and professionalism helped me sleep at night!"

"I waited to rate them until I received their report that came on the day they said I would get it. It was very comprehensive. They arrived on time and were very professional. They took their samples and pictures and discussed some areas for attention. Unlike some firms they did not try to sell me some duct cleaning or other remediation. They provided me an analysis with suggestions for follow up. It was exactly what I wanted when hiring them."

"The writer did this quickly based on the points I noted: Our condo had a major shower pan leak and we had no idea how to navigate through the whole insurance process. We were referred to Mr and Mrs Restore by a friend and am so thankful for that! They spent the time needed to educate my husband and I fully on the whole process. They worked with our insurance company and were so polite and flexible throughout that it made the whole situation much less stressful than we expected. We thought we would have to move out while the mold cleanup was happening but they worked in a way that we could still stay in the house. Their crew was super clean and efficient. The customer care from this company is amazing and I will definitely be recommending them to everyone and anyone!"

"I recently had Voda of East Tampa clean the carpets in my home, and I couldn?t be more impressed! The technician was punctual, professional, and explained the entire process beforehand. My carpets look fantastic?clean, fresh, and rejuvenated! The team was efficient and respectful of my space, making sure to protect furniture and walls. I appreciate their attention to detail and would definitely recommend Voda for anyone needing quality carpet cleaning services.""

"Required that my whole house be treated due to water damage. Rodrigo explained the process and made it easy. He was always available anytime we had a question. Once we new when we required the job to be performed, Jenny scheduled the job immediately. Our home required demolition and mold remediation. MoldZero's techs, Jarred and Peter, were very professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend MoldZero"
