We had some strong winds this past week and I had a tree that had split and was resting in another tree, at risk of falling onto my home. I contacted Moore Smith, and they had someone out that day to give an estimate, and once I approved they had the crew out that evening to get the tree down safely. Very impressed with their knowledge.

I am so glad I found this company. First of all the woman that came out to me to look at everything was beyond knowledgeable and a real certified arborist. She did a full evaluation on my trees and some trees I was worried about she was able to reassure me that them being just big did not make them dangerous. There was one tree that i decided to remove instead of the three I had called about because only one was a hazard. She could have told me all three needed to come out and I would hav done it but she is just honest. Also some of my trees were having some issues and her crew came out and injected the trees. Those trees are doing so much better than expected no. As far as the crew, they were all very nice young men and so skilled. It was fantastic to watch them. They were respectful and were so careful not to damage anything. This is an ell put together organization with so much respect for their customers and I donâ t see that much anymore. They removed 3 trees for me, one of which was close to destroying my house. They also performed treatments on some other trees on my property which I did not even know was possible to save them and keep them healthy in the long run. Not only were they extremely professional and communicative through the entire job they had very fair pricing and wonderful customer service. The certified arborist who came out to give me an estimate was very helpful and gave me every option I had to choose from regarding the project and was very descriptive when explaining to me what the issues with all my different trees were and how I could save them instead of skipping straight to trying to cut them down. would definitely use this company again for any future work.

Careful around flowers

I am really happy with this company and will definitely hire them again. I highly recommend them for honesty, reasonable prices and they do a great job. A relative of my neighbor did not want me to cut down the tree and made some very derogatory remarks about this company. What she said is all untrue.

Large limbs had split from tree and were laying on home power lines with limb leaning on oak tree branches stopping them falling and tearing lines from house. Since situation was hazardous they came out to the house late evening and brought down the limbs and completed the job the next morning.

Very professional group of people. Honest and very hard working. I would highly recommend this company for anyone needing trees removed or trimmed.

Professional, knowledgeable, personal. I knew I needed a tree removed, but I could not attend the initial consultation. The arborist walked around my house with me on the phone from my office, and she told me of any issues she saw (and allayed a few fears I had). They gave me their insurance policy and a fair price. They started on time, and communicated well.

Excellent job performed. Punctual and started right away. All the staff were kind till completion of job. Left the area clean before leaving. Would highly recommend this company.

Kaylee came to our home within 24 hours of the initial contact. She determined that the tree was not safe and within 24 hours the tree was taken down. The crew that did the work was exceptional and very professional. The tree was taken down safely and in a timely manner. I would use them again if I need them. The price was reasonable.
