I had discovered some water damage in the master bathroom and after doing a initial mold test, I received the bad news that there was indeed mold. After searching through the Angie's List reviews I decided to go with Discreet Restoration. From the beginning they were professional and courteous. They presented the estimate and I contacted them to setup the remediation process. The workers were on time and did a GREAT job with containing the area. The even had plastic protecting my carpet that lead out of the bathroom and out of the house. During the whole process I was informed about what was being done and they even went a step further and did some investigation and let me know that they had found some potential areas of where the leaks may be coming from (and these were ones that I was unaware of). I always felt that they had my interest in mind and that they took pride in providing an honest and quality-based approach when working at my home.
Hopefully I never had water/mold issues again, but If I do I would not hesitate in using this company. I highly recommend them if you ever are in need of their services.
