I PURCHASED A NEW SIDE BY SIDE WHIRLPOOL REFRIGERATOR AND 3 DAYS LATER ITS STILL WONT GO DOWN TO THE FDA REQUIRED 40 DEGREES EVEN ON THE HIGHEST SETTING. I REACHED OUT TO THE STORE MANAGER ANTHONY "TRACE" PERRI VIA TEXT THE DAY AFTER MY DELIVERY WHEN HE DIDN'T ANSWER MY CALL AND AFTER HE HAD HIS COMPLETELY EMPTY FLOOR MODEL/SAME AS MINE PLUGGED IN AND DOWN TO 40 DEGREES IN UNDER 3 HOURS HE STILL REFUSED TO REPLACE MY DEFECTIVE REFRIGERATOR.
