Deceptive Warranty Practices and Poor Customer Service We purchased a refrigerator from this company 15 months ago and paid for a 5-year extended warranty that included repair or replacement coverage and food spoilage reimbursement. When our refrigerator broke down, we called customer service. The initial service call did nothing to fix the issue, leading to several more frustrating calls. Eventually, we were told the unit was too expensive to repair and thatwe would receive a "credit" toward a new refrigerator (minus the cost of any service calls). However, due to inflation, the credit offered doesn’t even come close to covering the cost of a comparable model. To make matters worse, we were never offered reimbursement for over $400 in groceries that I had to throw away. To make matters worse, we later discovered that despite paying for the extended warranty, it was never registered with the company, effectively leaving us without the coverage we paid for. The company also advertises a "Lowest Price Guarantee or it's FREE" policy. We found two different models locally that were both in stock and cheaper than what they offered. When we requested that they honor their guarantee, we were laughed at and told there was "no way" they would give us a free machine, but they would price match instead. Overall, this company has proven to be unreliable, untrustworthy, and completely dismissive of its customers. Their warranty practices are deceptive, and their customer service is downright disrespectful. We would strongly recommend avoiding this company unless you want to experience endless frustration and get stuck with worthless warranty coverage.

Rob and Chris the delivery guys where fantastic and professional. We were frist on the stop and totally not ready for them, however they were extremely helpful in getting 5 appliances in and out of our home.

Purchased basic dishwasher for $325. Called when after I installed it would not pump water. Technician and internet helped determined that you may have to pour a half gallon of water in to lubricate seals. Once done worked great. I have purchased at least 10 appliances from Topline and always received great deals and good service.

I purchased a wonderful scratch&dent dryer from Topline, which was a very pleasant experience, with the help of Jim, the manager. After it was delivered and started for the first time, there was a terrible racket coming from somewhere inside, Jim sent over a technician who immediately discovered what the problem was, which was minor (a plastic guard had apparently come off during the delivery and was banging around inside), and fixed it easily. The dryer has been perfect ever since. I give Topline top marks on every count.

Everything went well. He went to get the part that was necessary while his coworker continued with the other installations of our appliances until he returned. They were both professional and did a great job overcoming some obstacles along the way.

Mr. Barnas assisted us with selecting the right stove/oven and the right refrigerator. He was extremely knowledgable and helpful. He directed us away from refrigerators that cost more based on what we were looking for. We've now had the appliances for a little over 6 months and his recommendations were right on! And the delivery and setup was top notch. Excellent delivery service. I highly recommend them. Very nice family owned business and their prices were excellent even when compared with 'big box' stores.

We found what we wanted online and then went in to find out if they had any at their scratch and dent place. They said no but to give them a minute. They either scratched one or found one and gave it to us at the scratch and dent price. They were just great. They delivered it. They delivered the wrong hookups and they immediately drove to a hardware store and didn't charge us. It took about 3 hours from start to finish. They were not just friendly; they were neighborly. We would use them again.

We own a duplex and when the tenants on one side moved out, we decided to remodel and move into it during the winters. We purchased all the kitchen appliances from Top Line and had our contractors install. All appliances were brand new except for the refrigerator which had been in a model home and not used for more than storing sodas, but still considered used. After the remodel was complete, we returned to our home in another state and prepared to return to the duplex after the holidays. When we returned a few months later, we discovered there was a very bad leak from the freezer into the refrigerator. We called Top Line to see if they would come and fix it, but because it had been more than 2 months, they would not sent a repairman to even look at the problem without a large fee. I explained the situation - how it had just been sitting and not operating - but they would not budge. I talked with a receptionist - who was rude - and then I talked to the owner - who was smart mouthed and insulting. I would have thought for good customer service they could have at least sent out a repairman to look at the problem. We would have been ok with paying for repairs, as it was a "used" fridge. I took my repair work elsewhere.

He did not install the new one because there was not a proper cabinet to install it in and the vent above was not properly attached. He told me he could not in good conscious install the new one and risk it falling on me. He was not payed for the job. His honestey, work ethic, and morality was wonderful. I would recommend him to anyone.
