I could not get the sales man to look it up to give me JUST a ball park on price instead driving and maybe I was not able to drive but no questions,,,,, Just Bring it in... No customer service,
Description of Work: I needed a battery for a battery operated vacuum cleaner that is handy for my ailing wife, Salesman said nothing but to tell me bring it in, this has always been the issue with this company, can not give you a price or aprox price on the phone with all the tools they have access to, like THE WEB , no looking just bring it it and we will "probally" make it for you, not a yes or a no, a waist of gas and time, phones are used for this. PEOPLE even with the use of the WEB we the people can do better than some of the shops. I needed a cartridge from a bathroom sink, so I recently went to a 20 year old pluming shop in Melbourne , and a very well known one, guess, spent 20 to 30 min in several books ! Took me 20 min and ordered it from OEM for less then 30% and took 15 min..... looking on line from Kraus direct Wonder why small business and large goes away, no Customer service.
