"Chico was top notch from start to finish. I cannot recommend him enough. We replaced our garage doors and openers. Due to COVID the doors took much longer to receive from manufacturer. This of course was no fault of Chico and company. He promised to have this installed by the end of the year and he made good on his promise. The doors finally came in just before Christmas. He insisted on installing right away and even came Christmas Eve to make sure everything was finished and complete. He and his crew were helpful, neat, and on time. To make matters better, there was unfortunately a fire on our block and the house is being rebuilt. We asked him if our equipment was still in good condition and if it was, we would like to give it to the family for the rebuild. Chico went to the house, measured and verified it would fit perfectly. Seeing the situation he donated his time and installed our equipment at the house free of charge to help the family out. We were blown away by his generosity. It was always a pleasure to speak with Camilla to schedule the work. I would highly recommend him, you will not be disappointed.show more

"<p>The service man was punctual and courteous as he introduced himself as any service person should. The electric garage door opener is attached in two places: near the center of the garage hanging from the ceiling where the motor is and 2) at the wall just above the garage door, this is also where the tensioning springs are located. There was a 2x6 attached to another 2x6 on the wall mounted flat-wise. The garage door mechanism was attached to the first 2x6 with 1-1/4 inch lags, but that 2x6 was attached only at the bottom by 3 nails approx. 3and quot; long into the 2x6 behind it. After 18 yrs, and the pressure asserted by the springs, this 2X6 popped out from the other causing that end of the system to droop down and in interference with the opening and closing of the door. I did not want to touch it because I know the tension spring can be fatal if you don't know what your are doing. </p> <p>The service man took 100% care of the problem. He drew down the tension on the springs and put 3 inch lag bolts through the remounted 2x6. It took him about 45 to 50 minutes to accomplish. I was glad to just leave the entire job to him to accomplish and fix permanently. He also lubricated everything since now it is very quiet. The service man was very courteous and insisted that I get no where near the broken elements. I rated his professionalism an A even though he did not speak English well at all (very little), but seeing the problem required little explanation. I though $225 for less than an hour's work was a bit steep. Maybe between 170 and 190 would have been a fair price since it was all labor and no parts except about $5.00 in lag bolts. I was offered prior to work if $225 was Ok by the service man. I agreed since the guy was already there. I was not told what the minimum price for a visit would be when I made the appointment. Still, I am glad to just leave the work to someone that will correct both the immediate problem and the root problem. I would use them again. </p> <br />show more
