Amazing! Called them at 8am and they had a tech at my house to do the repair at 9am. Super nice technician and efficient. Reasonable price for the repair. Would definitely call them again and HIGHLY recommend their services.

Very few companies are as excellent as this one. I have used them in the past and will definitely use them again. They are professional, extremely helpful and it’s clear they care a lot about the quality of their work. I received excellent advice both on the phone (I believe it was Natalie) and in the field (I think it was Kurt). I understand why they are so highly rated on Angi’s List. In all interactions everyone took their time to ensure they answered all my questions and could then make informed decisions. I highly recommend them!!

I had a new garage door installed by another company. The installation was incomplete and the next day the spring broke. That company left me “high and dry” with a non-functional door. A good friend highly recommended Branch so I called them. Lori answered the phone and the sincere compassion she showed for my situation made me realize I found the right company. The communication from Lori throughout the process was outstanding. On the day of the appointment the tech was running late due to previous jobs. Since it was nearing the end of the day Lori called to say 2 techs would be arriving to assure the job would get done. Kurt and Mitch showed up and said not to worry they would get everything completed. They were professional, knowledgeable and just true gentlemen. The work was completed quickly and the price was less than I expected. It was an exceptional service experience and I will use them for all my garage door needs. I highly recommend them.

Splendidly. As we expected our 30-year old opener was not fixable and not worth fixing even if it were, so we opted for a new opener. Got a brand new opener with remotes and external keypad, much quieter and a big improvement over the old one. We talked at some length with the technician Andrew about the door itself. We had been wondering if it too would need to be replaced. He talked to us about the tradeoffs of newer and older doors and went to work. Shortly after while fixing some hinges he called us in to show us where the door was cracking and breaking away from the hinges. We decided to order a new door as well. This all felt very comfortable and not at all like an up-sell. We had all agreed on keeping the old door before the damage was found, and it was clear and visible. They are an efficient operation and got someone out to me the day after I called. I am very pleased and glad to be doing further business with them.

I called Branch Garage Doors to inquire about replacing the springs on my garage door. I spoke to Lori, and she was wonderful in explaining the work to be done and gave me a firm price for the repair. When she learned that my car was in the garage, she explained the danger of opening the door with only one spring ; and made a special effort to put me on the fast track for service. Thirty minutes later, Lori called back to say that the technician was on the way, and his name was Mitch. My original call was at about 8:30 AM and Mitch arrived at 10:05 AM. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The springs were replaced and adjusted in less than 45 minutes for the price quoted. This is a family owned business and they treated me like family. A big thumbs up to Branch Garage Doors!!

We pull permits to replace overhead garage doors and would not have been able to install a door the same day and $500.00 sound more like a garage door opener rather than a garage door. Gentleman said he did not see anything wrong with the door and asked what specific issues were prompting us to seek a new door. He fixed rollers, motor & some other things & it is running like a new door. Definitely recommend them for their honesty, integrity & great work. Called in the morning and the technician came out later in the afternoon. The dispatcher gave me a range and he showed up on the starting time. The technician was courteous and professional with logo shirt and truck. He replaced the spring in short order, lubed the screw drive and hinges, and got the door working again. He mentioned a few things that he thought might need repairing down the line, but wasn't pushy about doing it right away. He did find a cracked hinge which I had him replace also. The price was the same as what the dispatcher quoted me on the phone -- not a super bargain, but about what I expected. I would definitely call them again.

It went very well. While the technician had a little trouble locating our home (not his fault), he got to work immediately after arriving and pointed out a missing bolt that was putting stress on part of the garage door opening system. He replaced the bolt, lubricated the parts of the door that needed it and recommended that I replace the rollers on the door as some of them were wearing out. I elected to allow him to replace the rollers. It had been ten years since the Company had serviced our garage door so the rollers were original to the time of installation. The technician also gave me some advice as to how to open the door should the spring(s) ever break and cautioned me about a safety hazard that could occur if the door was in the up position without the normal opening system in operation.

My garage door opener did not stop when the door opened. The motor kept going and jammed the chain against the stop. I tried to break the door free and broke the chain that runs between the door and the motor.. I called Branch because they were close and rated A. Office staff answered the phone immediately and transferred me to their scheduler. She set me up for a same day repair and called me 15 minutes before the technician arrived so I could get my cars out of the garage. The technician (Andrew) arrived on time and went right to work, He repaired a broken chain, replaced the part that adjusts when the door stops opening and when it stops closing. He adjusted the springs, lubricated everything and made all the necessary adjustments. The price Branch charged me was less than I expected and I was very pleased with the work.
Important points were:
The phone was answered by a person not a machine. They were responsive to my needs and phoned me back twice to set up a better appointment time and to tell me when the technician was 15 minutes away. The technician answered all my questions and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. I got the impression from everybody that they valued me as a customer.

Branch was excellent in all respects:
* Responsive. When I called Branch, a human immediately answered the phone (this is more exceptional than one might assume among companies that provide home services). She was very polite, clearly outlined the probable cost of repair, confirmed that they did have someone in my area would was available for same-day service, and gave me an accurate timeframe for them to arrive at my home.
* Quick. We could not close the garage door due to the misalignment. Thus, it was urgent we complete the repair for security reasons. Branch had our door repaired within 4 hours after I called them.
* Little up-sell. The cost of repair matched the low end of what I was quoted on the phone. The service person did suggest I replace my garage door rollers if I used the door frequently and planned to keep it for much longer. The incremental cost was $60. Based on the number of cycles my rollers were rated for, the age of the door, and the frequency of our use, I think the suggestion and cost were appropriate.
* Thorough. In addition to fixing our immediate problem, the service person checked all the hinges and drilled additional bolts to re-secure a couple that had come loose. He also banged out some dents in the track, tightened the track's mounting against the garage frame, lubricated the door, and left me with recommendations/tips for lubrication method/schedule going forward.
I previously had a garage door serviced when I lived in North Carolina, and I can say that Branch provided a much higher level of service with less up-sell.
The service person's name was Allen, and he was excellent. He very quickly sized up the situation and worked with zero hesitation. As soon as he started working, I knew I was in good hands.
