"Initially, Solutions Concrete was one of the best companies I have dealt with. They came out the same day to give a quote, were patient and understanding when we had to change project details, and were quick to respond and happy to answer questions. However, as soon as we tried to plan a day to have the foundation poured, everything changed. I was told (on a Wednesday) that they would let me know if they would be out the same day or the next day. I never heard anything back (despite calling several times). On Monday, I was able to speak to someone. However, I had to go over the project details again. We discussed days and agreed on Wednesday. However, no one ever came out and I never received a call to confirm/reschedule. I tried calling, texting, and sending a message through Angi, but no one ever responded. Overall a frustrating and disappointing experience."

"This company did work for my neighbor. They ran a bobcat tractor through my yard without permission. They tore up my yard and damaged my sprinkler system. I contacted the owner multiple times with pictures. He confirmed via text messages and phone calls he would take care of it. This has been ongoing since July and I am done with this situation and being ignored. Do not trust this company, they will not make good on their mistakes, and they will lie and delay until you go away."

They marked the lawn with the spray paint to help me visualize my project. Joseph did a great job explaining what goes in different price options. They procured the city permit in a timely manner, and completed the job a week earlier than expected. The guys hauled the gras and left no debris in my backyard. I would recommend Faith Construction Group to anyone looking for reliable, honest, reasonably priced and fast service."
