Christopher's crew was great. Chris sat down and listened to what I wanted dune. Walked the area to make sure we were on the same page. The crew was great, hard workers, polite and made sure they understood what was supposed to be done. Clean up was complete. I thought these guys went over and above working on my project. Our project was a relatively large and complicated driveway, with precise drainage challenges, all to be colored and stamped with London Cobblestone Stamps. There were quite a bit of land grading and elevation details to be taken care of before the forming even started. They have precision laser equipment and were able to lock down the form and elevations precisely. This crew knew exactly what to do right from the start, and handled each step perfectly, even while negotiating around some pretty stormy weather. I could not have asked for a better job. These guys always had an eye on quality and outcome of the overall project each step of the way. We are very very happy with the end result. We really appreciate the outstanding service and quality of the whole crew.

Charles and Scott did a fantastic job on the concrete patio and slab. I was really disappointed in the way Chris handled everything. They had to tear down a corner of my new white fence (only 6mos. old) to bring the bobcat in my back yard. The person he had to put it back, had no idea what he was doing. Couldn't even open or close the gate. so he sent the same person back by himself and Chris told me to stay outside in the 90 degree weather (I'm in my 70's) to keep on eye on him for 3 hours. Not my job. Chris should have been here. Excess cement (size of a small boulder) had been buried that had to be dug up among other cement pieces. Also cigarette butts in my yard I don't smoke) and even empty water bottle stuck in my chain link perimeter fence. Chris was hound me every day for the final check after putting one third down. I had to keep reminding him the job wasn't done. So, needless to say I wouldn't recommend the company, but highly recommend Charles and Scott. iwas really disappointed

"Wow, I am completely caught off guard with this review. You seemed very happy with the project and other than the lack of clean-up by my laborer the first time he was there. My crew said that you were very pleasant the entire time which is why we went up and above by giving you a Spanish edge which was not part of our deal. I don't believe me calling you 3 times over the course of a week if considered hounding. My crew even came out on a second time on a Saturday to clean up your yard to your satisfaction and didn't leave until you gave the ok, then when I came by on Monday to collect, you said they didn't finish and was unhappy so I sent them back a 3rd time to make sure that you were satisfied. How did I not handled this situation well? You looked me right in the face and said you were happy with the final product and that the fact that I made sure that my crew did their job right, you were going to leave me a good review. I guess nothing you said to me or my crew was actually how you felt."

The contractor refuses to communicate with the customer. Never returns phone calls. Seems like he is above it.

"I don't understand why you feel like this. My construction manager Charles has shown me that he has been in contact with you many times during the process, almost daily. He runs the job site and has answered any question when it comes to the jobsite. I run the business side, estimates, permits, contracts, bills, ordering materials, marketing, advertising, etc. plus I work in the electrical division as the electrician a few days a week. Charles and I are team and we do produce a very good product. I'm sure that you are happy with the finished product as are every one of my customers and we completed it in a timely manner. I hope that you reconsider your review rating."
