Fred came out promptly after contacting me. He meticulously answered all my questions and knowledgeably addressed the driveway paver project needs. Within days (would have sooner if it had not rained) the paver joints had been beautifully filled and everything was sealed! Fantastic experience!!

The entire floor in our 2nd home beach condo (which was carpet and tile) was replaced with luxury vinyl. No one was there to prep the condo before Freds arrival so everything was as is when he walked in the door. Additionally, we were not able to be there for the entire project. Fred and his team did a fantastic job. The flooring installation was perfect. Fred stayed in touch throughout the project and sent pictures every night. Prior to the installation, we went back-and-forth with trying to make the decision on which product to install and Fred was so supportive and helpful through the entire process. Upon the recommendation of our realtor, we contacted Southern Charm Floors and More for an estimate on installing luxury vinyl planks throughout our 2-story house including stairs. Fred, the owner, came out the next day, brought samples, and measured every room. The very next day Fred called with what we considered a very reasonable cost to do the work. We accepted the estimate and that very same week the installer showed up to begin the work. Toilets were removed and reinstalled, furniture moved, and quarter-round molding resulted in a very clean and impressive look. To say we are overwhelmed by not only how great the product looked, but by the professionalism and skill of the installer would be an understatement. I had the â woodâ tile floors along with stone installed around the fire place. It turned out perfect It was very great and painless experience from start to completion. They are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They are reasonably/competitively priced and will not over sell/market you. Fred and his very professional team were excellent from start to finish. We met with Fred last Thursday. He gave us a quote by the end of the day and had his team were on site Tuesday morning. We added to the quote by completing the flooring for the bedrooms as well. All work was done in a timely and a complete manner. I hired Fred to repair, powerwash, and stain my paver patio. The work was done in 3 days after a short lead time. The 750 sf patio looks great, good as new. Fred and Jimmy were great to work with and professional and the price was fair.
