Plumber was on time. Was well-spoken, courteous, explained what he was doing and why. Did not waste time. Fixed my water heater and was on his way as fast as possible. Would use again!"

Just like a real repair man is supposed to do! Finally nailed down what was wrong with my dishwasher. Explained to me what all of my options were and what the pricing would be to order the needed part then set an appointment to come back and finish the job. Dishwasher is working great and I would definitely recommend using Tyson again. Wish I had used him the first time and would have saved the money on the first repairman who turned out to be a complete idiot."

"The actual plumbing work was done well and expeditiously. Nice work. My only misgivings resulted from the related work. They had to open two walls to perform two of the three installations, but when they patched them back up I was told I would just have to give it a lite sanding and repaint. But when I went to finish the wall I had to entirely redo both patch works to make them level causing a two day delay in project completion. Additionally, one of the wall openings resulted in a golf ball sized hole being created on the far side of the wall which was not discovered until days later."

They were punctual and courteous. They worked very hard and were respectful and tried to please. However, they really didn't have the patience or experience to do it properly. Two months after, there are many, many noticeable ridges over all floors!

I'm sure they do a great job laying regular tile with wider grout lines, carpet, etc. But if you are using wood plank tile, I would not use them."
