Dishwasher is working great and I would definitely recommend using Tyson again. "I supplied the tile. They promised me they were experienced and knew how to lay wood plank tile. I was very upfront about wanting a 3/16th grout line. They assured me they could do it.

They were punctual and courteous. They worked very hard and were respectful and tried to please. However, they really didn't have the patience or experience to do it properly. Two months after, there are many, many noticeable ridges over all floors!

I'm sure they do a great job laying regular tile with wider grout lines, carpet, etc. But if you are using wood plank tile, I would not use them."
