"I recently had the pleasure of working with H&L Insulation that was hired to blow fiberglass insulation into my attic, and I couldn't be more impressed with their professionalism. From the moment he arrived, he was punctual, courteous, and well-prepared. David took the time to explain the process to me and answered all of my questions patiently. He worked efficiently and meticulously, ensuring that every corner of the attic was properly insulated. He also made sure to clean up thoroughly afterwards, leaving no mess behind. Overall, his attention to detail and commitment to quality were outstanding. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of attic insulation!""
"Finally - a contractor that does what they say they will do! John is great to work with. He was very prompt on all appointments and his crew was top notch. We are looking forward to saving money on heat and A/C along with just feeling more comfortable in the space. Insulation in general can be a messy job and this crew solved any issues and left the job site cleaner than they found it. We would suggest you contact John and his crew for any of your insulation needs. We plan to use their services again about 30 days from now and spray our main house. "

"Excellent service and very fair pricing. I won't think of using anyone else for all my AC/Heat maintenance and repairs and will recommend Stewart Air to everyone I know."
"Solar Shield should receive a TRIPLE A rating. Frank was willing to explain every detail that the installation of a standing seam metal roof would require. The two crews that worked on the roof were very professional and did an outstanding job. They were very careful when working on the roof. The crews cleaned up so that we didn't need to do any outside work when they left the job. I would hire them again - but a standing seam metal roof has a very very long life so we should not need a new roof for over 50 plus years."

"Excellent. A J Wells Roofing is very professional and they did an awesome job. Mr. Wells is also a general contractor so he can do extensive repairs, which was necessary on our roof. Toney Poole was our salesman and our constant contact through the entire process and he did a great job. I would highly recommend them."
Jim Siebenaler Construction is absolutely the best! This is the second large project Jim has done for us. He previously replaced our front porch. This time, we gutted the main floor bathroom.
Jim is reliable, professional, a perfectionist about his work, a good listener, and does everything in his power to please the customer. Jim and his crew installed new walls, tub, toilet, vanity, fixtures, plumbing, electrical, lighting, tile floor, subway tile shower stall, subway tile up to chair rail height, and a custom shower door. Everyone who worked on the bathroom was top-notch. The entire process took less than two weeks!
The space is small, but Jim created a beautiful built-in shelf that is made of subway tile and glass shelves. There is a white subway tiled shower stall (tub to ceiling) with two lines of black pencil tile accent that is one of my favorite touches in the room along with the built-in shelves.
Jim and his crew turned a worn-out bathroom that had a stained tub surround, no fixed shower, and peeling wallpaper into a spa-like room that has an Art Deco feel. The new bathroom matches our 1920's house perfectly. We highly recommend Jim Siebenaler Construction.
"Ethan explained (in detail) how they would not only set up the panels on top of my home, but that they will also "pressurize" my home, including my air conditioning unit, to ensure that I get the best service possible from my panels! He explained every detail of cost, taxes, and best of all REBATES! He explained several methods of purchase, as well. I have his personal cell phone number in case I have questions, and I can call their office at ANY TIME if I need anything. So far, my experience with Sunpro Solar (Mandeville, LA) has been nothing short of great! In a few weeks, I'll have my solar panels installed. The time it has taken to get to this process has been minimal. Everyone I've spoken with at Sunpro Solar has been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, respectful, and accommodating. "
Pipes in your house can freeze after six hours or so if you lose power and temperatures are below freezing. You can prepare for potential power outages by winterizing your pipes with insulation. Also, whenever temperatures drop below 20 degrees Fahrenheit, turn your faucets on very low and leave them dripping until temperatures rise.
No, you shouldn’t wrap a towel, old T-shirt, or other porous fabric around your faucets. These materials absorb water, which can make your faucet more likely to freeze. Instead, you want to use waterproof, insulative covers that can seal tightly around the spigots for the best protection against frozen outdoor faucets and pipes.
Hanging a thick blanket over your windows will help to keep the heat inside, but only a little. Covering the glass will also prevent the sunlight from getting in, which might actually decrease the efficiency of your window overall. If you get to the point where you’re hanging blankets over your window to keep warm, call in an expert to seal around your windows to prevent warm air from escaping. They may also recommend replacing old windows that aren’t as insulative as newer window technology. Sealing a window isn’t terribly expensive and can make a big difference.
A garage ceiling needs a vapor barrier if it’s a heated garage or if you’re installing insulation in the ceiling. Without a vapor barrier, you risk moisture issues and mold growth. If you have an unheated garage and don’t plan on installing insulation that could get wet and harbor mold, the ceiling doesn't need a vapor barrier.
The most insulative type of insulation for behind drywall is spray foam insulation, but this is the most expensive insulation available. The most common insulation—sometimes considered the best for the value you get for the money—is fiberglass roll or fiberglass batt insulation, which is significantly more affordable but also far less insulative. The best kind of insulation for your house will also vary based on the climate in your area, your budget, and more. A professional insulation company can help you decide which type is best for your home.
