We knew that we wanted to take care of the problem and then get all of the insulation taken out and new stuff put back in. We shopped around and we were so fortunate to find Silverback Insulation company. It took us a while to take care of the rodent problem and Silverback was patient and understanding of our issues. When we figured out the timeline, we got back to to Silverback and they were able to book us very shortly after. The owner and employee were very professional and respectful of our home. They cleaned up after themselves and left no trace, except for a job well done. They communicated everything that was going on and that was very helpful since we had never had this done before.
