Lux came in and had to dig another French drain and seal the outside of our home and create another place for the water to drain away from our home. They did a great job, but our situation was so bad, they had to come back out and add more to seal the home and also removed dirt and replaced it with sand to help drain the water from around the home. All the work they did when they came back was included in the warranty they gave us with the original quote. They also came back quickly after our call and have done an excellent job."

"We met the Sterling Contractor Services team through a full house transformation project that included adding a 12 X 22 Florida Room. These guys conducted the demolition of the previous 8 X 8 and laid the new concrete foundation for this room; all successfully approved by City of Jacksonville inspectors. Our second project with Sterling Contractor Services was they laid approximately 8 - 10 inches of concrete foundation and built a well insulated trash can storage house to fit two large trash cans and one recycling bin. Unfortunately the system won't allow a video so I've attached pictures of the trash can storage house. "It went great. Ruben and his team were punctual and informed us about each step of their work. They also finished the job in 2 days. We widened our driveway and added a walkway and platform for our recycling containers. All looks fantastic. The team also took care to save some of the grass that had to be removed and installed it were needed. In addition they made sure the property was clean when they left. Excellent experience. "fair at best, contractor rushed- time is money, could not or did not have the time to line up shower trim, recommended opening up wall to replace value - ended up going with another Angie list contractor, plumber took his time, within the allocated 2 hour window, installed trim and shower head, did not need to open up wall and replace value; ask to unplug bathroom tub cover , plumber could not pull off tub stopper off, ended up just pouring down some solution, the tub appears to be clear and draining; overall not pleased with how the team rushed through the project; I'm quite sure these guys are good at what they do, just in this case, not impressed, would consider using them again, however, would not be my first choice;"
