These guys conducted the demolition of the previous 8 X 8 and laid the new concrete foundation for this room; all successfully approved by City of Jacksonville inspectors. "I phoned Professional Plumb and Ernie (owner) answered. I described the situation and he said he could replace it same day. This was about 2:30 in the afternoon.  He came over within the hour with a new water heater and had it replaced in a matter of an hour and a half.  The water heater was in a tight spot between the air handler and a work bench. He did have to cut out the condensate drain piping on the air handler to remove and replace the water heater.  But he replaced/re-plumbed the condensate drain line at no charge. Excellent service and we thank Ernie very much."

"Manny arrived on-time and performed a very thorough search for the source of the leak, including putting on a wet suit and checking underwater around the pool light and drain. He found the leak at one of the return outlets and repaired it. He was very knowledgeable and professional in performing the work.
